Meter School Registration DOES NOT include Parking!

You MUST pay for parking either through your online Meter School registration OR you can elect to pay on-site!

When you registered, you had the opportunity to pre-purchase parking based on your registration selection. While it is not “required” to purchase the parking, please know that the lots immediately surrounding the Meter School locations (Lory Student Center and Clark Building), will not be available to those who have not purchased parking.

I purchased parking…how does it work?

We must collect license plate numbers for any vehicles that will be parked on-campus.

If you were unable to provide your license plate number at the time of online registration, please note that you will need to get that information to Conference & Event Services ahead of time OR provide it at onsite registration on-campus.

I didn’t purchase parking or I am not sure if I need it?

If you did not purchase parking during online registration, you can add it at any time by emailing conferences@colostate.edu or calling at 970-491-6222 to do so.

If you need to wait until you are onsite at Meter School to provide that information (if you’re renting a car, etc.), you can secure parking onsite at the Meter School registration desk. Please come prepared with your vehicle’s license plate number as well as a form of payment.

CSU has my license plate number, where do I park?

Once you’ve provided your license plate number, your vehicle will be valid to park in 'A' designated spaces in the Lory Student Center Lot 310 and Morgan Library Lot 425. Click here for a map.

If you do not provide your license plate number prior to or at onsite conference registration, you will receive a parking violation. For those parking in those lots without purchase and without ensuring your license plate is on file, RMEMA and CSU Conference & Event Services assumes no responsibility should you be issued a ticket. Please be advised that neither RMEMA nor CSU Conference & Event Services has any recourse should you receive a ticket.

If you did not choose the parking package, Pay-to-Park options are available. Areas marked with a clock are Pay-to-Park areas. All parking is enforced M - F 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
