What Exhibitors Need To Know
EXHIBIT TABLE
YOUR SPONSORSHIP INCLUDES THE EXHIBIT TABLE. EXHIBIT TABLE SPACE WILL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
- One 8′ x 6′ exhibit space
- One 6′ x 30″ table with black tablecloth and two chairs
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS ARE BASED ON YOUR SELECTED SPONSORSHIP LEVEL. PLEASE REFER TO THE SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES FOR MORE DETAILS AND INFORMATION
POWER / ELECTRICITY
This is required should you need access to electricity at your exhibit table.
You will have the option to select and pay for this when you complete your sponsorship sign-up online.
Should you not add this via the registration process and choose to add electrical onsite, fee increases to $75
SHIPPING - CSU RECEIVING & HANDLING
CSU does charge for the receiving and handling of packages. Please select this option when you complete your sponsorship sign-up online if you anticipate shipping anything to CSU for your exhibit space.
The fee is $40. Please make note of the following instructions:
- This charge includes receipt of package(s), storage for up to TWO WEEKS (starting February 24, 2025) and delivery of shipment to your assigned tabletop exhibit.
- Packages can only be accepted two (2) weeks in advance. Ship all packages to:
- Meter School 2025
- Attn: Jessica Lyons, Conference & Event Manager
- CSU Housing Warehouse
- 1634 West Plum Street, Fort Collins, CO 80521
Should you not add this option via the registration process and choose to ship materials to CSU, the fee for this onsite will increase to $75.
Exhibitor shipments will be moved from the Warehouse to the Lory Student Center Ballroom on Monday, March 17, 2025, after the lunch event. This will be around 2:00pm.
CSU is not responsible for missing items and cannot accept C.O.D. packages.
Shipping Materials FROM Meter School Exhibitor Ballroom
UPS is the preferred freight company for Rocky Mountain Meter School.
Print and bring the return labels and account number with you.
After the Meter School Exhibit is over on Tuesday March 19th at 3:30pm. Make sure all boxes are labeled, including the charge code and weight. Boxes that lack pre-paid return labels will not be shipped. Contact Jessica Lyons 970-491-0448 or jessica.lyons@colostate.edu and let her know the items you will be shipping.
If you are NOT using UPS, please visit the closest shipping center: Fort Collins FedEX
If you did not purchase electrical or shipping during online registration, you can add it at the advance sign up fee before March 7, 2025 by emailing ces_conferences@mail.colostate.edu or calling at 970-491-6222 to do so.
If you need electrical onsite without an advance order, you will be charged the onsite fee mentioned above.
If you ship items and have NOT arranged for this service and paid the fee in advance, you risk your shipments not being accepted and will also pay the onsite fee mentioned above.
REPRESENTATIVES ATTENDING METER SCHOOL
Your sponsorship offers two (2) complimentary registrations.
Each registration includes the Monday evening reception and all Food & Beverage on Tuesday.
During online registration, please indicate the names of your booth representatives.

ADDITIONAL REPRESENTATIVES
Additional representatives can be added for the Monday Reception, Tuesday Breakfast, Lunch and Afternoon Breaks. These can be added separately or a Tuesday package price offering a discount.
After registration is completed or to add any of these options, please contact CSU Conference Services at (970) 491-6222 or conferences@colostate.edu to make any necessary changes.
PARKING INFORMATION
If you purchased a parking permit through the registration site, you will receive an email the week before the school starts with instructions on how to access your parking permit.
You may add parking permits to your registration by contacting CSU Conference & Event Services at 970-491-6222 or conferences@colostate.edu. You may also use the Pay-to-Park metered zones, payable at the parking lot kiosks of the ParkMobile App.
